Since 2004 after publishing my book I also began offering chair-yoga seminars. These yoga seminars are not only aimed at yoga teachers, but gymnastic teachers, physiotherapists, and health service professionals. At present I am available for international seminars.

There are two 30 minute chair-yoga CDs available (only in German), to assist you in practicing at home. Each CD costs 10 € plus 3 € for shipping and can be ordered directly from me.
